ABOUT AUTO ENROLMENT

About Auto Enrolment

Auto-enrolment has begun; between now and 2018 1,200,000 organisations will follow a process that will lead to 11.8m workers join workplace pensions. This is a massive challenge for employers who need to learn about their new duties, find a qualifying workplace pension and then introduce and manage auto-enrolment for their staff.

In this section we help you understand what you need to do and with the help of the Pension Regulator, we give you some tips on how to do all this for yourself. You may conclude that you need help either with the processes and need hand-holding from an adviser. We don't want to frighten you into seeking help. On the rest of this site you'll find plenty of offers of help but if you follow the words of wisdom from the Regulator, you may find you can do it for yourself!
